Level 9244 is a really difficult level!
I found that saving moves by making large groups of the same color blocks with paint to create X2 blocks, helped a lot.
Use paint boosters if you have them.
Removing large groups will also make more drop, which of course includes meshed blocks to collect.
Below is an example - I got lucky with many red paints (as most blocks in this level are red, plus the meshed blocks are all red!)
Keep trying, it took me a few days, but I did not use any boosters or extra moves. Good luck 🙂
