When I'm playing on Facebook, there's a bug where every time I exit the game, it resets the challenges and rewards.
over a week now and still no fix…they really need to sort this out now!

Estoy casi segura que no se pueden eliminar, pero he visto algunos comentarios que dicen “contenido eliminado”. Tal vez los moderadores son los únicos que pueden. Según yo, sólo se pueden editar… 😔 Al menos, cuando lo editas no se puede ver el historial de ediciones, como en Facebook… 😅
It has been going on for about a week now,I have lost loads of lives ,I spend quite a lot as well ,it is very annoying ,I did delete it and reinstall it but it is still happening :.

Update: Just wanted to share what I did to fix the issue where Facebook wouldn't connect even though I tried to give it access! I had to go to Facebook Settings & Privacy, then Apps & Websites and delete Pet Rescue Saga. THEN I opened Pet Rescue and clicked to log in with Facebook and reconnected it. Now I have Petopia!!
The problem was that the FB authorization token was corrupt and needed to be regenerated.

Hola @jlsdesarrolloweb en otra publicacion un jugador que tambien tenia problemas con el juego en Facebook ha comentado como encontro la solucion, paso captura de pantalla por si os ayuda 😉
yet again…3 hours free life and bloody game freezes…well done!!!! what a waste of my time and effort…absolutely sick of it now
sick of it now….they know there is a glitch, they say they sorting it..but no update and quite frankly im getting fed up with having to start over especially when main game freezes….!!!!
Having exactly the same problem. Also, it just froze half way through playing Mystery Mountain, I had completed the mountain twice and was half way through completing it for a third time when the game froze so I had no choice but to refresh the game and when I went back into Mystery Mountain it was like I'd never started it and will now have to start it all from the beginning again :-( so frustrating !! …… I also lost the hours of infinite life that I had collected from Mystery Mountain :-(
Same problem for me and from time to time main game freezes as well.
its been like this all week…daily logins revert to 1…mountain adventure today where ive completed the first level has reverted back to the beginning and daily challenge starts from showing you how to play…absolutely annoying because you lose time rewards and repeating everything makes it boring!!! oh and it freezes when you are doing well!!
I've got the same issue too!
There were always problems with games on Facebook from King, I switched to mobile, Pet Saga is great but it still crashes or doesn't load at all, but I'll be patient 😉❤️
Same!!! You lose"2 hours" of unlimited time, it never goes past 1 game day play and FREEZES! Please fix!
