what is wrong with pet rescue! It takes an eternity to load, it freezes like this all the time goes back to my iPad homepage nuts generally a waste of time

Let me guess. You have iPadOS 26, don’t you?
I believe there’s an issue between that operating system and Pet Rescue. That’s why I haven’t upgraded mine, and it still works.
Apparently the coders don’t know how to fix it….and as you’ve prprobably figured out, whenever Petopia is up….whenever you click on ‘Play’, ‘Next’ or ‘X’ (top right corner) the game will freeze and if you’re very lucky, come back on 15-20 minutes later!
I didn't miss my daily gift yesterday, level 500 and something signing in everyday… But, it's at level 0 today!!! What happen???
