Error message when playing on Facebook?

hi im getting the message "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix.
Please try again in a moment." with the orange screen its been this way now for 4day miss playing please help

My ID is: ID:1017645906. I get an orange cat many times every day when I play. I won`t get stuck anymore and I get back to the same game and same level when I download the game again.

Game ID: 10157482960161015. Already this morning on the weather island and get the orange screen on level 2 before finishing the level. 2 game times into the game!!!!!!!!!

I'm getting the orange or first msg.
Having issues with PR crashing just after I win a lvl, and when it reloads you have to do that lvl all over again and the boosters you used and winning streak is gone?
And also when I am winning with a few moves left....crash! Been doing this for the past week or so for me, this has never happened before in my 4 or 5 yrs playing. I did not change any of my setting, it just started crashing. I'm on FB using Chrome, Win 7, desktop PC. Oh and yes Flash is up to date!

You guys who get this message. Could you try with clearing the browser cache, make sure the browser is updated, restart the browser and then when you play only have one tab open on the browser.

Let me know how it goes...

Hi again. I cleared the browser data. and it is up to date, but it still freezes up, or I get the experienced a error message around the 3rd game. But other games that I play from you guys are fine.
