I haven't been able to play since the middle of November. Done all the trouble shooting. Reported issue several times. Downloads and stays on running. Others have the same issue. Would be nice to get a fix. Thank you

Many of us are having the same problem and it has been stated that not enough complaints were filed to make it a priority. i can't play any games - it keeps telling me that i need to join.. and when i try to join - my username/email has already been taken or not available.0
