Hey guys!
I checked this with the Game Studio and the thing is that, if you now have the new format and design of the game. Meaning you don't have the gam map anymore, then the game is only available in portrait mode.
It's not an error or bug. It's part of the new game design.
Let me know if you have any questions or doubts.

I’m having the same problem - ever since the last update a few days ago, the game shows up on my iPad in portrait mode. I emailed Support twice and they can’t help. And I didn’t make any adjustments to my iPad so I know it’s on the King side. Please bring back landscape mode for Pet Rescue!
