Google play doesn't show update, stuck on 1497 by roadwork..

Hi. It's been about a month since I finished the levels up to 1497. I've seen on king care that more levels are available but when I go to Google play there's no update. Have tried logging off and back on with Facebook and  updating my phone completely but nothing changed.  Haven't uninstalled because I'd like to keep my 25 gold bars and many boosters. Does anyone have a solution?

    Hi Vania- Thanks for posting on King Care. Welcome to the community. Well done for getting so far, you're doing great!

    I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem progressing further in your game.

    Please could you make sure that you have the latest Android update available on your device and then try these steps?

    Next check to see if there are any updates available for our game and for your device:

    - Open the Google Play Store.In the top left corner where it says 'Play Store' with three small white bars next to it, tap here and a drop down menu opens.

    - Now tap on 'My apps' and all your installed apps will show.

    - Open any app to update it individually or simply press the 'Update All' button.

    Please be aware that this update might use a lot of data so we recommend doing this when you are connected to a Wi-Fi network.Also depending on your device settings apps may update only if the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network.Here is a video which shows this step:

    After you have installed the updates please turn the device off and on again.
