Cannot launch the game

Hi, I've followed all the instructions on the technical issues if I can't open the game, but it still keeps loading. It's been over 1 week. What can I do?

    hi @Fionntan535, where you play on device?
    if you play on mobile go to play store and download it . if you play in facebook, just open PRS game , if cannt open change other browser. good luck

    Can you tell me what device are you using to play the game?  Is it a PC or a Mobile device?  Did you make sure there is good Internet connection and no disturbances?

    I am just wondering.... when you said "cannot launch" -- are you not able to download or cannot open the game?
