    Hi , I have a problem with Pet Rescue, won’t load the next level, it tells me I have no internet connection, I have. Have been playing this game for years, up to around 1200 not sure exactly. Can’t even retrieve my save games as I’m supposed to be off line wth no internet connection. Can anyone help.

    Thanks for the tip, not confident on reinstalling it, don’t want to start at number 1, has taken me a few years to get to 1200. I can’t even retrieve my saved games because it says I have no internet connection. Really have no idea what to do, thanks anyway.

    @vony You can restore the levels efter the reinstall by connecting the game to the Facebook or King account where the game is saved on.

    Worst case scenario if you cannot get back your played levels, I can manually restore them from here. Just let me know the Game ID from your game so I can find the game in our system.
