I got a new phone and was connected through Facebook.  When I got the new phone and downloaded the game it did not save my last game.  I was on level 3044 or close to it.  Can I recover it some how?

    I found your game on both your old and new device. 

    The game is saved on another Facebook account on your old device, an account that haven't been in use since May 2018. Since you connected the game to another Facebook account where no progress is saved on the game started on level 1.

    The level you were on was 2492 (Pet Rescue do not have 3044 levels yet). It is not possible to transfer a game from a Facebook account to another, so I have manually moved you up to level 2492 on your new account so you won't have to replay all the levels.

    Hi @Aaron284 and welcome to our Community!

    Did you use the same Facebook account on your new phone that you used on the old one when you started to play and saved the game on?

    If you have closed the Facebook account you used before and opened a new account the levels won't sync correctly since the progress is saved on a specific Facebook account and can't sync to another Facebook account.

    Could you let me know the Game ID from the game on both your old device and the new phone so I can look into this? Check here how to find the Game ID.

    I don’t have my old phone, it was a trade in. It’s the same Facebook account.
