I was on level 1200 something, my phone broke I thought I had an account turns out I didn't so I made one & have to restart the game.

If your game wasn't backed up to a Facebook or King account or you no longer have access to that specific account I can manually restore your game for you from here.
Let me know your Game ID so I can find your game in the system and move you back to level 1200.
The Game ID is a ten or eleven digit number and you can the steps with how to find it here. Please post only the Game ID and no email, name or other personal information (for your own privacy reasons).

Could you help me as well? I lost my husband's progress in Pet Rescue. I logged it out and then when logging back in, the password was wrong, so I changed it. Then when I logged in he was on level 1 again.His Game ID is: 8824584174Thank you for any help!0

Hi , I was at level 1600 something, in the morning but tonight when I opened my game, I lost all my progress, and when I try to connect it to Facebook, it just “sync” and I’m still at level 11
