OK, I see.
If the game works in Mozilla Firefox, but not in Chrome it's most likely some issue with Chrome.
Make sure your Chrome is updated to the latest version. Click here to check and update.
Then try with reinstalling the game completely:
-Remove the game from your Facebook on this page
-Clear the cache and cookies on your browser
-Reinstall the game (click here if you can't find it)

In Mozilla Firefox I am at level 3072 and iI have the latest version of Chrome and removed cache and cookies. When I reinstall the game I will start at level 1 again. So I will play it in Mozilla Firefox and on the laptop on chrome. Thanks

I spoke about this with the Game Team and it's an issue with the game in Chrome. They will look into it, but until it's fixed, please play in Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
