We are not able to reproduce this nor other players have reported any similar issues.
Please make sure you have 2 GB of free memory, that the RAM is at least 1 GB. The Android version needs also be 5.0 or higher.
You'll find all the details under Settings on the device. The RAM and Android version you can also check up by searching for your device here. Check also Google Play Support pages with how to troubleshoot apps on your Android device.
After this, please reinstall the app. Uninstall the app first and then download it again from Google Play Store. For instructions how to uninstall an app, check this page in Google Play Support.
I received a email pertaining to #9024374. I have been trying to get my pet rescue fixed. 3 different people have responded to me, none were able to fix problem. I always have to start over with each person. I don't know what to do. ????
If you can't remember if you connected the game to your Facebook or created a King account when you started to play you can open the game and check on the Start menu. If it says 'connect' under the play button the game isn't saved anywhere, if it says 'account' then the game is saved and you can see if it's Facebook or a King account when tapping the Account button.
Please note that no one is able to fix this problem for you since we don't have any access to your device.
What you need to do is to reinstall the app and check all the device specifications that I posted earlier.
