Boosters wont sync on Facebook
Hi guys, so I have been trying to sync my progress from my mobile phone to facebook. I have tried the tutorials from the other discussion here.
Well, I fortunately was able to sync my levels (though not quite) but I was not my able to sync my boosters. Can someone help me?
I have a lot of boosters on my mobile app and I was already on a high level.

I was planning to reset my phone that is why I need to sync my progress to Facebook. Thanks to anyone who will respond0

Hi @miyomii , Welcome to our Community
Unfortunelly the Boosters are not backed up to Facebook or your King account and therefore not synced between devices. Synced just levels and Gold Bars, Boosters and also Lives are only available on the same device where you received it on.
That's why you can lose them on one device and still have them on another.
If you lost any purchased items, then email Player Support directly from the game so they can automatically see your purchases and easily compensate for them. Go to the game's Start menu and tap the Settings and then the Cogwheel. Choose Help and then Purchases and Gold Bars and you'll find the Contact us in the bottom of the page.
