Help
I’m stuck on 1597. I can’t open it up, my avatar correctly moved to it when I completed 1596 and it allowed me on a couple of times but now it won’t open. I have gone back and opened levels I have completed but it still doesn’t let me open the one I am on. It happened once before and I deleted pet rescue and started again but as I’m so far through it I don’t want to do this. Any one know how I get my level to open

Thanks it is my iPad. It’s finally allowed me to move on after 20+ attempts of previous levels.

If it happens again, close and log out of it through your profile. Then go to your settings - apps and clear the cache. Now go check for an update. Clearing the cache will usually do it.
