Please try with reinstalling the game to get it back on track:
1) First, remove the game from Facebook here:
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
2) Clear the cache on your browser
3) Close the browser.
Try also another browser than you currently are using. Other recommended browsers for our games are Google Chrome and Opera. Make also sure your browsers are up to date.

I did try and it is still doing it in the middle of a game. I'm getting frustrated.

If you remove the game and re-install, do you lose all the games you have played.

I am having the same problems as above posts. did follow your instructions and it DID NOT work or change things at all. definately a problem on your end.

Hi reported this to the Game Team, but so far they are not able to find any errors from our side.
If the game doesn't work on any browser and the browser is updated to the latest version, you can also play the game via the Windows app if you have a Windows 10 PC (please note that Windows 7 no longer is supported by Microsoft). You can download it from Microsoft Store here.
