Figured it out.

I play on a computer and have no clue how to do that .It is the weekly quest that ends in 9 hours that is on FB Pet Rescue Saga now. I have tried 2 different browsers so that's not it. It is very discouraging.

Hold on...why does my game look different than the tutorial video I just watched? I play from FB does that make the difference?

I put the wrong level number-it's actually 380. Sorry. Any help with that one? I have edited the original post.
