Which browser do you play on? I have had troubles with Chrome in general recently and then I tried Firefox and my problems were solved. Really odd as Chrome normally works a treat for me :) Hope this helps. 

The amount of levels should be the same as the level releases are done across the platform. Have you checked that your app has updated in the Appstore on your iPad? Try updating the app and then restarting the device. If you play while connected to FB try logging out and back in again. Let us know how you get on.

What kind of device are you playing on? I had a similar problem a few weeks ago but it was only when I played on Facebook, I tested it on my mobile and it was fine. It is likely just a temporary problem, so test it on another device in the meantime and see if that works. Let us know how you get on. :)
