  • Hey Angi. Have you tried all of the normal troubleshooting for tablets? Cleared the cache, restarted the device? Made sure that you have the latest version of the game installed? Also make sure that you don't have any other apps running in the background when you are playing the game. Let us know how you get on :)

  • Hey Vivien! What level are you if you go to play on Facebook on the PC? If your Facebook account still says 347 hopefully you can then restore these levels. If, however you played the other levels while not connected to Facebook, then this could be tricky :(

  • Hey Karen. Do you have an error message or anything? Or does it just get stuck loading? I would suggest testing a different browser, clearing the cache and making sure that your java is up to date (all King games need java to work.)   • Hey Arlene, I had a similar problem in Pet Rescue last week. I passed the road block on my phone and then continued to play on Facebook. For some reason the problem with the road block only appeared on Facebook. I hope this helps :)
