Hi both! First of all, please make sure your game is up to date to the latest game version. If your game is updated and you still don't see Surf Season, don't worry it doesn't have to be an error. With so many fun features and events in Soda - not every player will get every feature. We try to keep our events balanced,β¦

Oh no, so sorry to hear that! For any purchase related issues you'll have to talk to our support team. You can reach them by pressing the settings menu (cogwheel icon) in your game and then pressing the "?" button. Thank you!

Hi Jedi77, We're aware that this can be an issue. When playing a level and collecting yellow Surf Candies it is possible that the candies are not successfully collected. What you can try to do to fix this is to restart your game and continue to play one or two levels and the collection of candies should start working again.
