I have no idea how to answer this question because I couldn’t play anymore new levels, I am stuck at level 12970. I am still waiting for the support team to help me with my problem. I wish I could go ahead and continue with my game. But at least, I can replay old levels, that is a plus.

@Yosca , I have 3 devices, the connection problem appear in all three of my devices, ( Apple ios) I have an Android ( Samsung galaxy tablet) I hardly use it. It is so old that it needs a lot of update. If my problem don't get sorted , I may try to update it if I can.
