From what I understand Mary, the iPad is no longer supported. So the games might not function properly. There is more information in the 2 threads here: https://care.king.com/en/blossom-blast-saga/android-ios-recommended-devices https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-ios

Have you made sure that you are logged into your Facebook account or your Kingdom account. If you're not signed in then it might be way the game isn't synchronizing.

If you connected and your progress changed then you should be able to disconnect in the game settings (home screen, bottom left) and your game should return. Try this and if it doesn't work then you might have to delete the app and install it again. Did you connect to Kingdom previously to save your levels?

If I remember rightly you need to clear your browser cache (safari possibly) and then log in to your Facebook in both your browser and the app. Then when you try to connect it should register correctly.

I don't think for a moment that this is related to Candy Crush or any other game. This is more than likely related to your browser or your actual computer. Maybe even your flash player is crashing which is causing your computer to shut down. I would start by running some diagnostic tests or maybe a virus scan to see whats…
