If you login into your King.com account and go to the settings, at the bottom you will see the option to synchronize with Facebook. Make sure you are logged into Facebook in the same browser with the right account and then press the button to connect and it should sync.

Just go to the settings from the home screen of the game (bottom left) and disconnect from Facebook. Then go back to the settings and reconnect to Kingdom if thats how you saved your game before

I don't have the promotion. Can you post up a screenshot? Are you able to scroll around. Maybe its just off screen or something?

There's so many levels I honestly couldn't say. I'm sure someone here will know. Maybe searching YouTube will help? I think with the new levels giving 10, that's your best bet. 

If you're talking about items like lives and boosters then these don't transfer between devices. You can read about it here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/boosters-messages-842482091 They only appear on the phone/tablet etc where they were won/purchased. It's not possible to transfer them. 

I'm not sure where you're playing the game but if you go to King.com to play then you can synchronize your game with Facebook then you will be given a set of random local friends that can help you out. It looks like the level has been updated. This can happen, the mods posted about it here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/changes-to-levels-number-of-moves-etc-320938520 So there is no glitch, there are just no videos of the new version yet :)
