If you put in any payment details then you will be putting them into Facebook and not actually Candy Crush. You don't need to use a credit card on Facebook, you can use paypal or mobile payments or even Facebook gift cards. When you go to the gold bar bank in Candy Crush you can see the options there.

I think you'll need to say what the error is Dean. I don't see any previous posts from you. Are you having trouble connecting to Facebook or issues with the game loading?

I have seen some other comments where players have said that disconnecting and reconnect to Facebook/Kingdom solves this issue. This should ensure that the chests work properly.

I don't think there is any guarantee with how the they release the promotions. Plus, they don't always go out to every player so it's possible that they release something and a few of us won't get it.

Which event are you playing? You're still winning boosters so it's not such a bad thing, or were you promised one type of booster in the event?

I'm not sure what event you are talking about as normally the timed ones disappear once completed. Do you remember the name or if you can still see it can you capture a screenshot of it :)
