It just sounds like you need to reconnect to your Facebook/Kingdom account. Seems to be a common issue. Check this thread for the steps on how to do it: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/my-candy-crush-saga-account-has-been-reset

What is the game asking you to buy? I've never seen this happen. Did you get a screenshot or anything. This would be handy to see what the game is saying.

That's the last level, hence why you see the symbol. There are no more levels available but hopefully we'll have a level update soon.

It sounds like your game is connected to the Kingdom and not to Facebook. Go to the settings (home screen, bottom left) and tap on the orange Kingdom icon and logout then go back to the home page and connect to Facebook from there.

I think the promotion is over now as this was a celebration for the release of the new level and not a permanent thing.

Some levels can be challenging but you have to stick at it to continue the game. You'll get there eventually, maybe take a little break and come back fresh. Pick up some tips by watching youtube videos of other players etc. You'll find a way.

Can you say what happens when you try to play it? Is it crashing or does the game freeze up. There are plenty of threads to help with crashing etc but let me know what the issue is.
