Try clearing out the game cache or maybe even your device cache. This will remove any old information that is stored up and hopefully it will release the lives.

There should be 2000 levels available on your iPad so make sure you have the latest version of the app installed. Also, it's quite normal for there to be more levels on Facebook as they are released there first and then added to mobile later.

You should see the Facebook logo and also the Kingdom logo when you first click on the settings button. They are just underneath the pink section where the settings cog is. If you click on the orange icon you can create the Kingdom account to save your game and transfer it anywhere :)

Make sure you're not logged in with Safari or whichever browser you use. Then clear the cache by switching the phone off for 10 minutes and then log back into both apps and it should work.

I believe this issue was resolved in a recent update so make sure you have the latest version of the app installed and the level should work as intended :)

How much free memory do you have available on these devices? I ask because there's no main topic about this and my game loads fine so I can only suggest to check over your devices.
