The levels are always released on Facebook first. This is the same with Candy and the other games. They then get released a few weeks later on mobile. I don't know how long you will have to wait sorry, give them time, haha. 

Sorry for the mistake. I can only really say that until you delete and reinstall the app you won't know what the issue is. Its a shame about losing boosters I know, but it's better to be able to play. 

It could be that Kindle doesn't have the Kingdom option then if you don't see it. I can only really recommend going through the steps here as maybe they will help: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-android

If it says it will be available soon then this means you're at the end of the levels for now. You don't need to do anything other than wait for the new episode to be released.

It means you're not connected to the Kingdom so you will need to check in the settings and reconnect. Then you should be able to ask for/send lives. You're looking for a little orange icon with a few crowns on it :) 

The booster wheel won't advance you in the game... If you read the wording below the wheel it will say something like 'boosters are non refundable' so if you didn't receive them then there isn't much you can do. Just keep on spinning!
