For level 132 you need a minimum score of 20,000 and you need to collect one striped/colorbomb combo and one wrapped/colorbomb combo. Like in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8h2RuI10rY If you're unsure the screen at the end of the level will tell you exactly what you didn't achieve.

Try playing on King,com. If you go to the settings you can synchronize your levels with Facebook and then you can ask your new King.com friends to help you out and from experience they are normally a lot quicker and better at sending tickets etc.

There's no setting. The roadblock always give you the options for as long as I've been playing anyway. You need to click on the pop up and then select to ask friends, pay to proceed etc. There is a new feature when you can complete quests to proceed but this doesnt use up your gold bars.

If you know it's there then just take your time when pressing the 'end game' button. Use a stylus if necessary. It's not really the games fault if you are pressing the wrong button.

The mobile version of the game is always behind the Facebook version so if you see the message "soon there will be new places to explore" then this means that you at the end of the mobile version of the game. It could be information that is stored in the cache. Try logging out and clearing the device cache (I'm not sure what device you have but if you google it, it should be straight forward) and then restarting and logging back into the right account again.
