First off, follow the steps here: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios If your levels are safe on Facebook then it's just a case of arranging the connection to get them back onto your mobile. These steps should help with that. 

Hey, are you talking about the videos at the start of each new episode? The ones that introduce the story/characters etc? They appear at the beginning of the episode and that's it, so maybe once every 15 levels. 

Where did you change your email, in Facebook or was it a Kingdom account? Let me know and maybe I can help you to transfer your levels. 

I'm not sure if you are playing another game not the official version as I haven't ever seen anything like you have described. Can you post the links to these games or maybe post up some screenshots so we can see what you are talking about. Hopefully then I can help :) 

I don't King ever give specific dates when it comes to release dates just in case something change. There would be a lot of upset players! If you follow the Facebook as you probably do, then they normally post about levels first. I haven't seen any level posts here sorry.

It depends how you saved your levels on your previous phone. If you connected to Facebook then just download the Facebook app and log into your account and then connect in the game app. If it was Kingdom then click the icon in the settings and login with your credentials.
