It could be that you need to update the game on your mobile. There should be over 900 levels on mobile so check your Google play app and download the latest update. Then the further levels should appear.

The Facebook version of the game finished at level 185. Now the levels are only on mobile. This is how it has been for a long time now. You can only play the new levels on your phone.

I think people can send multiple requests but if you send a life they can only receive one a day from you. If the player is on your Facebook then you can delete or block them there. If they are a Kingdom friend then there isn't anything you can do I don't think.

I've had this issue. I logged out of Facebook and logged back in again (in the Candy Crush app) and I was able to open the chest and proceed so give it a try :)
