  • Hello @katarany :) Yes, You have them in your account but it looks like you haven't "unlock" them. Did you try to force quit, switch off your phone, leave it 10 secs and then switch it on back again? Let me know how it goes :3

  • Hello @mom1974 Thanks for your patience, I'm aware how frustrating this might be for you. I passed your issue again to the Studio, and they got back to me this morning telling me they made more changes. Could you please check it out now ? You should be able to see an improvement.
