  • In that case it's great if you follow the steps provided earlier. It sounds like there may be an issue either with your network or the version of the game, so I would check your internet settings and also make sure that you have the latest version of the game.
  • Thanks for the information @IndyAmy, when you requested the life - did you have all lives full - or did you have no more lives? I would also try to leave and rejoin the team if possible, or try a new team to see if this helps the problem.
