As I said in my first line, I did the latest update yesterday and the problem continues. Do you have info on how to contact tech support directly? All I could find on any King pages were lists of FAQs that are for outdated issues.

Holy cow. My issues only started a week ago. Couldn't find anywhere else to request tech support so I'm hoping someone sees this.
