I have tested bombs on three different levels, including this one (2511). I have not found any changes in their behavior so far. Whenever I've made a winning move with a bomb timer at 1, it's counted as a level pass. From what I can see, it's not a change in the bombs' mechanics, but rather a bug.

Now that's new. I wonder if the way bombs work has been changed, or is it yet another bug. Either way, I find this rather disturbing. There have been quite a few odd bugs and broken levels lately.
