Is anyone else having trouble with this level. Where the combinations when made are not hitting the appropriate area? It seems absolutely impossible to win this level due to malfunction.

Does your level look like this one?
If yes, the only way to reach the toffees on this level is by using a frog. To charge the frog match it with candies the same color and when it glows tap on it and move it to one of the toffee swirl squares on the left.
Once it's in one of those inaccessible squares you will have to use color bombs to recharge the frog. The bottom middle row has a color bomb dispenser. Match the color bomb with a candy that is the same color as the frog. After this, the frog will be charged and able to move to the next toffee swirl square. Repeat until you have collected all the toffees.
You have to move the frog a total of six times to pass this. Try to make matches at the bottom to cause color bombs to drop, and hopefully they will be next to a candy that matches the color of the frog. I guess you will need to get a lucky board to help you with this.
