I have got exactly the same problem. It always happens when they do Petopias. They always start fine but as the month goes on they get slower and slower. I do all the things they suggest but they don't help. I wish they could help me because it is my favourite game.

It always happens with Petopias. You wait, the more levels you pass, the slower the game gets especially with Kindles.

My game which I play on my mobile and my Kindle is still very, very slow especially on my Kindle. It takes at least 20 minutes to get into it on my mobile and or than an hour on my Kindle. Once I have completed a level it takes the same amount of times to get into the next level. This happens every time you have Petopias.

I haven't got a clue about computers but all these issues that we have had seem to be caused by one thing, PETOPIAS. Every time we have Petopias we have problems. I don't want to see one ever again.

Lynette, you said "currently" there is a glitch. Does that mean that this level is going to be changed?

I'm finding it to be impossible in the amount of moves they have given us.

Is the latest update 4.8.1.0 because if it is the game is still very slow?

The game is very slow but once I am in I can access weather alert etc but it the game remains very slow.

Is anything going to be done about this level or do we need to pay for extra moves again?
