Come on, it's about time you got your act together. Please do something about this problem. The game is getting slower and slower again. We have asked you time and time before. After a very good few weeks of no problems at all, you must now know what is causing this problem.

After a good few weeks the game has started getting slower again over the last couple of days. It is taking at least 2 minutes to get in to it and between levels.

How did you do level 9393? It must be impossible without using extra moves.

I am able to play on my Android mobile but cannot play on my 2024 Kindle. I am connected to Facebook. Both devices are playing on the latest version of the game which is, I assume, 4.10.00. I'm furious. They ask us for our comments about doing Petopias month after month and then do yet another Petopia. Why not wait until they get the results of the survey. I bet that this Petopia gets slower and slower as the month goes on. They are spoiling our favourite game.

Please can you sort this problem out because Petopias are ruining our favourite game.

I have done everything suggested but it is still taking at least 30 minutes to load and then 30 minutes between levels. It always happens in Petopias.

I tried all the things suggested but it is still half an hour at the earliest between to a) get into the game and b) get into the next level. It always happens in Petopias.
