Its been over three weeks since I first posted my issue and not one person from King Care customer service team have contacted me to rectify this issue. I am still using my old iPad with the cracked screen because I am scared I will also lose my progress in Candy Crush. Can someone please help.

5 days later and no one from King has contacted me. I have even sent a direct message to customer support with no reply. What is the point of King Care if they don't really care?

Thanks Lynette. I played and passed Level 1 as suggested, but no joy. It has taken me to level 2.
