Hello @_Elisabeth_ , We do not recommend uninstalling your game to resolve most issues. Typically, our standard troubleshooting tips prove to be effective. We know that all boosters are lost when players uninstall the game, but I had not heard of other players losing Friends and costumes from their scrapbooks. Do you haveβ¦

@Gumyupawpaw, players who have passed level 2024 must play that level. I am confident you can be competitive on level 2024. Remember, there are 3 winners from level 2024 and only one winner from other "24" levels.
