No new levels and cant take part in the Harvest event

my game ID is Lorraine and I still do not have my 50 gold bars, nor the award for being first in the last weekly challenge. I cannot complete9081 as the diamonds do not appear.

me too. No excuse. System error. I lost 27 gold bars with 4 days left and no amount of asking has helped in any way. I need humn intervention, not automated answers.

i have a similar problem with this game. I have tried at least 30 times!

cant find more than 4 pets in 7525. Where are they?

Thank you. That is most helpful. Meanwhile zi cannot possibly win gold bars in the challenge with the pup. Have 32 and the challenge ends in 2 days. Dont think the problem will be resolved by then but who knows. Thanks again

I have not had any boosters or extra moves for more than two months now. Keeping my eye on it doesnt help
