Hi Rio! I've seen other threads suggesting that levels played on Facebook are easier to complete. Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes then try playing the level there. Once completed your progress is synced back to your iPad and you can now continue from level 2021. Cheers :-)

Hi Galia! What happened when you completed the level? Did you get a message that the level was completed? If you play Candy Crush from a mobile then instead try playing the level on Facebook.
