unable to download farm heroes and candy crush

I am not able to install candy crush and farm heroes saga in my samsung A9 Pro. both are getting downloaded completely and while installing, it gives error 505. Also, i did all troubleshoot exercise of clearing cache, removing account and adding back etc.

Can't access free lives from team
The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
Lost my points
My game was accidentally removed. I pulled the app up and noticed my score dropped a couple thousand points! Why?? That is not fair!! I was almost @ 4000. I lost over 2000 points
Superhard
Im at a very hard level and not even in my phone i beat it
Farmer's market
I ran into farmer's market this morning and now I don't have it anymore, I could get gold bars here and the side game is gone 😢🥺
