I haven’t been able to play on my new IPhone 17 since I got it. I wasn’t able to play on my old phone since last fall and I refuse to uninstall the game because I don’t want to risk losing all of my games(on level 9702) and boosters. I can still play on my IPad. It makes zero sense!!!!

I don’t understand why I can’t play on my Iphone13 and my IPad. I always have. I’ve done most of the checklist but I refuse to delete the game again. I am not losing all of the things I have earned. wvpeterson@sio.midco.net

iPhone 13. When I was playing Petopia. The picture on the screen when I open it, the cat is playing a guitar. When I push play , it just keeps buffering and then the circle stops moving

I really want my 50 gold bars. I went through the game and earned them but it said that I claimed them on another device which was not the case. Where are they?
