Thanks it is my iPad. It’s finally allowed me to move on after 20+ attempts of previous levels.

I have the same problem. I have completed the previous levels seven times and my aviator has moved to the new section but pet rescue won’t let me open it. It happened once before and I deleted pet rescue and started again but I’m on 1597 so don’t want to start again so I’m stuck just repeating levels I have already…
