Hi! I’ve only ever played on my iPhone. I usually don’t check for updates because it automatically updates itself.

I did but they still did not solve my problem, all they told me was to update the game which I did but the same issue happened. Even recently with the new grow a pet that came a few days ago, I completed it, but I still was not able to claim my gold bars 🤷🏽♀️ I’ve contacted them again and they have not responded.

Hi @Lynette thank you for the feedback ❤️ I have tried contacting help but they have not resolved my issue at all. I’ve sent over 5 emails haha so that’s lovely. but thank you again for the assistance. I’ll definitely check out the contest area! 🤗

I’ve also had the exact same problem. I finished grow a pet but when it came to claiming my gold bars it said that I wasn’t able to and started the game over from scratch. I’ve tried contacting support over it today.
