During the hours when the chat is available (I guess European working hours) the feature will be available in the bottom left handside of the page. Thank you LOL

I am still having the same problem. I have been fighting this for over a year and King will not fix it. They need to remove the gates if they cannot fix it.

You would think King would want to fix this problems for their players. I am so tired of this. This is probably why you can no longer contact them directly

I have used Fire Fox, Google Chrome (which is what I am using now) Internet Explorer. The gates are stillnot working. PLEASE FIX THIS. IT IS SO IRRITATING. IT HAS BEEN AT LEAST A YEAR WE HAVE BEEN FIGHTING THE GATE PROBLEMS.

Never mind it fixed itself. But PLEASE fix it on King so we can get thru the gates. Thank you
