Well i have did everything that i was told and to take a video of the game i am told to open an ebox live account to do this , i have finally given up, thank you

I did this and ended up back on level 1. in the game i am on level 2482 so i dont fancy starting right back at the beginning , thank you

I cant see anywhere to update the game . my browser is up to date, internet connection is fine, i have cleared cache, tried on different computers and still get the same message .. cannot connect to store
