have already reported this to customer care and problem still persist. I don’t know why they keep running this. It seems it only the Spanish version

I contacted support and the things they are telling me to do about this ad was not helpful this ad just needs to be taken off or fixed

Yes I am experiencing the same thing on level 7241 it closes as soon as I start to play.
