Also. This has been going for years. I have tried rebooting phone,repowering phone, also deleted candy crush and re installed it. Several times. Candy crush ver. is version 1.318.1.1 on one phone

The problem stated as above is happening on android phones (2 different). Also a minor problem on ios ipads . Click on x to return to game and goes to web page,however click return to candy crush, returns back where it is supposed to.

I went up to level 19689 on cell phone and ipad remained at 19686. All day long. several logouts and logins . several power cycles and or reboots…..
