I don’t I think it’s a question of the new format being “a little weird” in the beginning...it’s just downright inconvenient for the iPad users. And obviously, there’s a lot of us. I no longer play like I used to, and have had to move on. If that’s the new game plan, then so be it, and we appreciate you sending this…

My iPad does automatic updates or I would’ve never went to this new format either. I’m up to 2516 and this is a game ender for me if they don’t change it!

I am having the same problem...can’t get pet rescue out of portrait mode on my iPad! Nothing is locked and theres not a problem with anything else! Very frustrating! Please check into it, King!!
